Round 5 Match 2
Rabbit Season! Duck Season! Rabbit Season! Duck Season!
We started this competition with plenty of multiple icons from the same franchise or theme. It's a testament to the strength of the Looney Tunes brand that two of their characters made it to the quarterfinals.
Like the battle seen below, aspects of this conflict have played out within the cartoons themselves. Take into account the catchphrases generated by each. Also, even though Bugs is surely the front man of the group, Daffy actually pre-dates the Bunny by three years.
It's a hard choice but now is the time to cut one of these great cultural figures. Which one will it be?

Here's an interesting battle, both are recognizable, but Bugs is really the flagship of the LooneyTunes enterprise, and he's at least as crafty as Daffy.
tough one....but I recall bugs bunny cartoons. Daffy has become a vague recollection....sorry Daffy, you just don't have that memorable staying power
Lauren

I must agree with Lauren...Bugs cartoons ring clear...all i can remember of the duck was the way his beak used to end up on top of his head when Elmer shot him...
Bugs takes this one
Bugs takes this one
yeah, Bugs is ultimately the face of Looney Tunes. i'll miss Daffy and his side lateral lisp, but it is definintely duck season for you!
Bugs over Daffy... what did Daffy even do in those Looney Toons cartoons? I think we can all remember Bugs with his carrots...
Bugs and Bunny face off in Big Brother.
Although the houseguests were welcoming to both guests, they couldn't get past the facts that they were merely animals and wouldn't stop treating them as pets - albeit talking pets. Daffy got tired of this abuse and was able to escape by flying away. Bugs got a way by digging a tunnel - and although he did ultimately succeed - it took a little longer,
So, I guess that all in all Bugs lasted longer in the household.
