Yes, the movie was apparently horrible. But recent events notwithstanding, Spidey remains cool. Now he faces the de-forearmed sailor with a taste for high-iron vegetables in a duel of popularity. Sure Spiderman could put all the spinach out of reach on a web, but what if the duel is at sea? The wall-crawling thing is kind of useless in the middle of the ocean.
