Potpourri Division: Round 1, Match 5

Annoying Sidekick Battle Part 1

Twiki: In the age of "Whatchutalkinbout Willis?" Twiki was created for the Buck Rogers TV show as a source of catchphrases and comedy relief. His main job was to carry an artificial intelligence advisor around his neck, which begs the question: why didn't the AI just get his own robot body? Wouldn't that be more efficient?

Snarf: The companion (butler? pet? wet-nurse?) to Lion-O, Snarf was usually found cowering in a corner, complaining in his whiny purr why the Prince of Thundera was getting into so much trouble (dude, he's got a huge sword, you've got a prehensile tail, you're the one who should be cautious not him).

Animal Division: Round 1, Match 5

Monkey Mayhem 3!!! The dream match of the Space-Monkeys!

What's better than cartoons? Cartoons featuring monkeys!! And what's better than monkeys? Monkeys from Space!!

Blip: The space monkey companion to Jan and Jace, the assistants to Space Ghost.

Gleek: The space monkey companion to Zan and Jayna, the assistants to the Super-Friends.

Cute/Funny Division: Round 1, Match 5

Polkaroo: One of the mysteries of childhood was why did the male host of Polka-Dot Door always miss Polkaroo's visits? Our tax dollars at work, you would think they could have hired a third person to be in the suit.

Dr. Snuggles: Friend to the animal world, who also had a barrel-rocketship. He was like MacGyver and Dr. Doolittle all rolled into one.

Action Division: Round 1, Match 5

Ninja yo-yo vs. Choo-Choo-a-Go-Go

Princess: Bell-bottoms and cap-sleeve T-shirts for her civilian clothes, this gal's fashion sense has come full circle. She also showed serious skill in downing Spectra goons with her yo-yo weapon.

Stella: For those of you hard-core cartoon addicts, still watching the TV well past noon on a Saturday, there was The Secret Railroad. And a recurring character was this magic girl with the interesting hair-do.
