This is a perfectly realistic match-up. If Wonder Woman walked into my sightlines, I'd sound just like Darth...

i really want to vote for Wonder Woman - i love her. I pretty much told everyone that i was going to be her when i grew up (shockingly, that did not "officially" occur).
But, it's Darth. And in terms of iconic status, i think he has to win...

Wow - tough one. But, Darth Vadar has consumed my nightmares for a good 20 something years now. Wonder Woman, not so much. Darth is my vote.
Although Wonder Women was the first women hero (that I can rememeber) I have to agree with Vic that in overall world influence and impact - Darth takes the cake.
