God I hate Tom and Jerry. Good thing Bond is licensed to kill, but I don't think you need a permit for vermin anyway. Not sure about annoying cats.
Tom and Jerry would be ideal nemeni (that's the plural of nemesis) for Bond, but in the end Tom's guts would be assisting the violinist as Bond wooed a hotty and Jerry would be duct tape in the hotel room for later action.
I will have to go with Bond in this battle. I have never been a big fan of the cat and mouse duo.

First, let me vote for Bond.
Second, DGJ raises an interesting hypocrisy - why is it permissible to kill mice but not cats? Seriously, you could go to jail for doing to a cat what is done to mice... The presumable response is something about mice being a pest. If cats become bothersome, does that mean we would permit them to be killed as a matter of convenience to property-owners?
Lastly, change my vote to Jerry to bring attention to this important issue.
