Nominations are now closed!
I was trying to find room for Jon A's suggestions, but couldn't find anyone I really wanted to take off the list, so I suppose we are final with the list of participants. Anyone who didn't make it in will have to wait until another edition.
Next up will be betting pool selections, stay tuned to the Pool site (the link at the right) if you are interested.
If that happens soon enough, we may even have time for an early match before the holiday break. Regardless, we will kick it off big time in the New Year!

I want to raise an objection. I wasn't emailed the nominations were closing. I see Picard but NOT Kirk?!
If this is a "popularity" contest I sense a fundamental problem right there. Call it generational but my "fathers" were:

I have a question for the group regarding the game/pool site:
Should duplicate icons be allowed? In other words, should the same icon be allowed to appear on more than one person's team? (Last time we ruled that a team could not be completely identical to another player, but allowed duplicate selections).
